The College Bowl National Championship Tournament (NCT) culminates the season. Sixteen teams meet to compete for the annual National Championship.
The tournament has two phases: during the round robin portion, each team plays every other team. The top four teams then advance to a double-elimination playoff.
The NCT is a weekend event. Teams arrive on Friday in time for the Opening Dinner and Team Meeting. Games usually begin that night. On Saturday games continue throughout the day, concluding the round robin portion of the tournament. On Sunday, the playoffs are held in the morning. An awards brunch concludes the weekend's activities.
